This is a video of the Theraplay workshops presented at the PTI World Congress 2010 in Marrakesh, Morocco. It gives a brief description of what Theraplay is and shows some of the games used during therapy.

What is Play Therapy?

The American Association for Play Therapy (APT) defines play therapy as “the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process wherein trained play therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development”.
